Keep the lid securely closed and store the balm upright at room temperature, away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, and water. Use clean, dry hands when applying it to help protect the quality of the product.

The balm may soften or melt if it is left in a hot car, direct sunlight, or another high-temperature location. Keep the tin closed and upright, move it to a cool room, and allow it to firm again. It can still be used, although melting and cooling may slightly change its appearance or texture.

Cold temperatures may make the balm firmer. Warm the surface with your fingers for a few seconds, and it will soften for application.

Yes. Our scented balms are made with essential oils. We do not use synthetic fragrance oils or parfum blends. The scents are intentionally light and balanced for comfortable everyday wear.

Naked has no added essential oils or fragrance. You may notice the mild natural aroma of the ingredients themselves, but nothing has been added to create a scent.

Ingredient needs and essential oil sensitivities can change during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Many customers prefer an option with no added scent, but your healthcare provider is the best person to help you evaluate individual ingredients for your needs.

Our formulas do not contain intentionally added gluten ingredients. They are not certified gluten-free.

Our products are made for people, not pets. Speak with your veterinarian before applying any personal care product to an animal. So maybe keep the balm for yourself and let your pet keep the treats.

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders with a subtotal of $50 or more after discounts and before applicable taxes. Available shipping options and any charges for smaller orders will appear during checkout.

Orders are generally processed within 2–4 business days after payment is completed. Processing may take longer during holidays, promotions, product launches, severe weather, or unusually busy periods.
